What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice tracking, payments, and collections
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports, including commission reports and financial summaries
- Reconcile credit card statements, bank activity, and merchant transactions
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, missing payments, and account issues
- Provide professional support to internal teams and external clients while ensuring accurate financial records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks with the ability to manage daily accounting activities independently
- Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with international accounting and U.S. accounting practices
- Experience using Excel for financial tracking and reporting
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
