      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls related to accounting inquiries
      - Assist agents with inquiries regarding insured balances and broker commissions
      - Manage research and collection of past due balances, ensuring timely resolution
      - Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
      - Conduct weekly research and processing of insured refunds within the billing system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
      - 2-year college degree in Accounting is a plus
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in insurance accounting
      - Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and basic Excel functions

      - Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
      - Proven attention to detail and accuracy in work
      - Self-motivated team player capable of working independently in a remote environment
