      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Participate in financial statement analysis and variance reporting.
      • Conduct research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices as needed.
      • Review audit workpapers and financial statements
      • Read and summarize private equity deal documents
      • Assist with tax reporting
      • Assist in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for multiple accounting departments.

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
      • Basic understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
      • Interest in the investment banking and financial services industry.
