What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as reconciling and recording entries
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors

- Analyze and report findings to the management team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field
- 2-4 years of prior accounting experience, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Proadvisor certificate (preferred but not required)
- Experience with other computer accounting programs and reporting tools
