What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently operate systems to process invoices through the workflow
- Verify, enter, and correct applicable invoice attributes for accurate processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Ensure timely expense allocation and vendor payments while resolving disputes
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to vendors and stores
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of previous accounts payable experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to operate in a confidential, professional team atmosphere
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected events
