What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments for proper coding and approvals
- Monitor aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
