What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Perform two-way and three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining accurate records and schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment blocks
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within Accounts Payable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and experience with PO 2- and 3-way matching
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analytics and reconciliations
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP Fiori Tile navigation
- Knowledge of supplier data management for regulatory and 1099 filing
