What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter vendor and subcontractor invoices into Buildertrend and QuickBooks
- Verify purchase orders and match them to invoices
- Track and reconcile project expenses across multiple entities
- Manage subcontractor compliance documentation such as W9s and COIs
- Assist project teams with Buildertrend setup and ongoing data entry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Buildertrend (required, training provided)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Paychex Flex or similar payroll platforms
- Familiarity with online banking portals (e.g., Chase, Amex)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive)
- Must be a resident of the Philippines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounts payable or payroll processing
- Knowledge of project management principles in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and project teams
