What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform all tasks related to Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and 1099 processing
- Review and audit vendor statements for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding invoices and payments
- Assist in gathering information for various internal and external audits
- Support special projects and ad-hoc reporting as directed by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of related accounts payable experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Comprehensive understanding of Procure to Pay practices, including relevant laws and regulations
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent years of related experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
