What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor daily corporate card activity and audit expenses for compliance with the Travel & Expense Policy
- Review and code all flight and hotel transactions to ensure accuracy before export to NetSuite
- Act as the primary backup for the Accounts Payable Specialist, processing vendor invoices and maintaining approvals
- Collect W-9 tax forms and verify vendor information during onboarding to ensure compliance
- Manage the push of data from various systems into NetSuite, resolving sync errors as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a relevant role; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of data flow between systems and its impact on financial records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail, with the ability to notice discrepancies in data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with procurement systems or accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasks effectively
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a remote environment
