What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process daily accounts payable transactions, including invoice receipt, date stamping, and coding to the appropriate general ledger
- Review and upload employee expense reports
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain vendor and payment records
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities as needed
- Prepare and process weekly check payments and manage employee travel expense processing using the Concur system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable
- Moderate Excel skills required
- Experience with NetSuite/ERP systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Experience in a healthcare accounts payable environment
- Knowledge of data entry and 10-key typing
