      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately process invoices, expense reports, and reconcile supplier statements efficiently
      - Maintain 1099 records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
      - Manage relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
      - Oversee records management, ensuring financial documentation is organized and accessible
      - Ensure adherence to GAAP compliance in all financial transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounts payable
      - High proficiency in Enterprise Accounting Software, ERP Software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong strategic and creative thinking skills to respond to organizational needs
      - Ability to work collaboratively across teams
      - Commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial transactions and compliance with company policies
