      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts payable for operating properties, including reviewing and entering invoices
      - Perform manual entry of coded invoices and upload invoices into OPS Technology
      - Ensure all invoices have proper approval for payment before processing
      - Print checks and verify that addresses and amounts agree with invoices
      - Conduct research on items as needed to resolve discrepancies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience
      - Strong attention to detail
      - Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand effectively
      - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
      - Commitment to personal and professional growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial statement preparation and bank reconciliations
      - Familiarity with financial software and technology tools
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and vendors
      - Experience in a real estate or property management environment
