      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process cash disbursements including wire transfers, ACH, and check payments
      - Support fraud prevention by analyzing payments for trends and anomalies
      - Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve payment-related issues
      - Execute reports to ensure timely payment of invoices according to terms
      - Assist with audit tasks and maintain adherence to applicable laws and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of employer's Accounts Payable and Inspyrus systems preferred
      - Basic knowledge of purchase order to invoice reconciliation process
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to perform basic math functions and demonstrate literacy in written communication
      - Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in other employer AP/APC departments
      - Demonstrated knowledge in handling debit and credit memos
      - Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
      - Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
      - Excellent time management and communication skills
