What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process vendor invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
- Code, review, and sync corporate credit card and employee reimbursement transactions
- Create and maintain fixed assets in NetSuite’s fixed asset management module
- Support the Accounting team with ad hoc projects, including retail invoicing and audit support
- Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with employees regarding travel and expense transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of Accounts Payable and accounting operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines with high accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and implement actionable solutions
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations, tracking, and reporting activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AP automation, expense management platforms, and ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Proven ability to partner effectively with vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders
