      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track and match incoming invoices to purchase orders
      - Process matched invoices for payment and research invoice discrepancies
      - Respond to payment inquiries from internal personnel or external vendors
      - Process vendor refunds and work on vendor statements and open items
      - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality while performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
      - Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
      - Intermediate PC knowledge with experience in Excel and Word
      - Must reside in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area and meet work from home technical requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior accounting and/or accounts payable experience preferred
      - Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
