      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee a team of accounts payable professionals, providing mentorship and support
      - Manage complex accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
      - Reconcile aged open payables and resolve discrepancies
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong vendor relationships
      - Utilize analytics to monitor performance and suggest improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience in a high-volume environment with large-scale ERP
      - Experience in the full invoice life cycle, focusing on three-way match and exception resolution
      - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
      - Strong ability to lead and mentor a team, providing feedback to the Supervisor
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Knowledge of SAP ERP A/P systems, Python, Zendesk, and Appian
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis functions
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience in managing the invoice life cycle in retail, manufacturing, or distribution
