      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice verification, processing, and payment
      - Supervise, mentor, and train the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance and professional development
      - Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors, promptly resolving any payment issues
      - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and tax requirements for all payments
      - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing accounts payable workstreams and staff
      - Demonstrated experience in recruitment, training, and coaching of staff
      - Strong understanding of various procure-to-pay banking options
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively within a large complex organization
      - Experience with large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems' accounts payable workstreams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday ERP
      - Previous experience in the healthcare industry
