      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the operations of the Accounts Payable department for managed Homeowners Associations and Worldmark
      - Manage Paymode and resolve payment issues with requestors and third-party vendors
      - Develop KPI and exception reporting to identify improvement opportunities and reduce fraud risk
      - Provide project management support for setting up new sites and distributing necessary AP reports
      - Complete annual 1099 reporting and manage the Escheatment process to ensure compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Professional Certification of Accounts Payable Manager (APM) license
      - 7-10 years of Accounts Payable experience
      - 5 years of management experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and Oracle
      - Familiarity with 1099 and escheatment processes
      - Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff development
      - Accounting experience is a plus
