What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all Accounts Payable operations, including vendor management and payment processing
- Manage annual 1099 filings and ensure accuracy in expense reporting
- Reconcile client passthrough spend in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Develop and enhance AP policies and procedures to streamline processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 6 years of General Ledger accounting experience
- At least 3 years of experience in people management
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Expensify, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of GAAP and current accounting standards
