      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing and vendor management
      - Train and evaluate team members to enhance performance and development
      - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote efficiency and continuous improvement
      - Provide insights to senior leadership on cash flow forecasting and spend analysis
      - Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate coding and cash flow forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and international accounts payable requirements
      - Proven experience in a global, high-growth, technology-driven environment
      - Hands-on expertise with P2P platforms and system optimization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Tipalti, Netsuite, and Bill Spend & Expense applications
      - Demonstrated success in driving process improvements in accounts payable operations
      - Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and spend analysis in a fast-paced environment
