What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve payment runs submitted by the shared services team
- Authorize travel and expense payments within the Ramp platform
- Manage vendor due diligence and onboarding within the Coupa platform
- Oversee and reconcile payments for self-insured medical and other benefit plans
- Collaborate with the U.S. Controller and Finance Business Partner on ad-hoc projects and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles
- Strong working knowledge of financial platforms such as Coupa, Ramp, and ERP systems
- Familiarity with U.S. payroll processes, benefit reconciliation, and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
