What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor escrow account outstanding balances and uncleared disbursements
- Resolve outstanding balances and checks, ensuring timely transactions
- Own the 1099 date entry, billing, and vendor liaison tasks
- Assist with training and onboarding new colleagues
- Conduct daily positive pay reviews and follow up on outstanding checks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related industry, such as Finance, Mathematics, Insurance, or Banking
- Experience in the Title Insurance industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages succinctly
- Familiarity with Google platform and experience with Qualia is a plus
