What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the processing of special vendor invoices through necessary research, response, and issue resolution
- Review invoices and ticket disputes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Process payments as needed within applicable payment terms
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and resolve concerns or discrepancies
- Maintain individual and team performance metrics and targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of purchase order and inventory management processes
- Understanding of basic accounting processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with automated accounts payable systems
- Prior experience in a mid-sized to large organization
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to improve accounts payable processes and workflows
