What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payments and maintain supplier records according to Service Level Expectations (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status through a shared team inbox
- Research and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with employees and suppliers to address discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support department projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using accounting/accounts payable principles
- At least 1 year of experience with MS Office programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with the Famous software platform
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
