What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving issues
- Perform data entry, clerical functions, and invoice validation with attention to detail
- Respond to vendor emails and resolve inquiries related to invoice processing
- Audit employee expense reports and assist employees with corporate credit card inquiries
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents to support accounts payable activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on providing excellent service
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance (payment/invoicing/accounting)
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word

- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies independently
