What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and code daily disbursements
- Verify amounts owed and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts
- Update vendor records in Oracle and assist in reconciliation of accounts payable
- Prepare reports of delinquent accounts and review commissions reports
- Perform check runs, wires, and ACH payments and support cash management initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Working knowledge of disbursement functions related to checks, wires, and ACH
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and escalate issues to management
- General Accounting office experience preferred
