      Job Description

      We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team in a high-volume environment. This role involves processing both PO and Non-PO invoices, managing invoice approvals, and engaging in vendor communication. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to handle large dollar amounts efficiently.

      Responsibilities

      • Submit Non-PO invoices for approval and adjust or correct them if rejected.
      • Perform 3-way match for invoices, select items, and route for payment.
      • Process both PO and Non-PO invoices in Open Text, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
      • Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve ticketing issues.
      • Collaborate with the AP team to ensure smooth and accurate invoice processing.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in SAP for invoice processing.
      • Experience with purchase orders and 3-way match.
      • Strong vendor communication skills.
      • Ability to navigate Open Text Web Solutions for invoice management.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Attention to detail and high level of organization.
      • Analytical skills to manage and process large volumes of invoices.

      Work Environment

      The role is based in an office environment with a collaborative team of 13 professionals. The location is conveniently situated near North Park Mall, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The team is growing and provides a supportive and engaging work atmosphere.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
