      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate payment files (ACH, V-Card, and paper checks) and ensure all special handling requests are fulfilled
      - Collaborate with Procurement to resolve pricing variances
      - Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance workflow
      - Enforce internal controls and SOX requirements, reporting discrepancies to management
      - Conduct monthly and year-end close procedures for PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience
      - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
      - Excellent communication, customer service, and planning skills
      - Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
