What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records according to generally accepted accounting principles
- Review and prepare A/P reports for weekly check runs and process approved payments to vendors
- Conduct routine audits of accounts to ensure proper accounting classifications
- Respond to client, vendor, and company emails daily, and make calls to resolve concerns
- Prepare various reports as requested by the business operations team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of reliability and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
