What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate payment files (ACH, V-Card, and paper checks) and ensure all special handling requests are fulfilled
- Collaborate with Procurement to resolve pricing variances
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance workflow and process improvements
- Enforce internal controls and SOX requirements to protect against fraudulent activities
- Maintain confidentiality related to investigative audits and assist with monthly and year-end close procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas
