      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices
      - Communicate with suppliers regarding missing documents and information
      - Reconcile vendor accounts monthly, ensuring all transactions are accurately accounted for
      - Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable accruals
      - Generate and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports and payment history

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years proven experience in accounts payable
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions
      - Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Workday and Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills
      - Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
      - Experience in auditing processes and documentation support
      - Familiarity with month-end closing processes
