      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the employer's values
      - Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including batching, coding, and pay-cycle processes
      - Work closely with the team on accounts payable processing problem-solving
      - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve purchase order exceptions
      - Organize and file daily work documents and emails efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in data entry and 10-key skills with a high accuracy rate
      - Ability to prioritize and organize effectively while handling multiple projects
      - Strong initiative to remain productive and contribute as a team player

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree preferred
      - Experience with Great Plains preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
