      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process check runs weekly, including creating FedEx labels and delivering checks
      - Review check requests to ensure appropriate documentation and approvals are in place
      - Manage AP mailbox and handle vendor communications professionally
      - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed
      - Assist with month-end responsibilities, audits, and various accounting projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
      - Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software; experience with NetSuite or Coupa is a plus
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

      - Associate degree or higher in business or accounting
      - Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
      - Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude
