What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily Accounts Payable (AP) entry functions and productivity
- Review daily AP for general ledger coding accuracy and documentation
- Develop guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices
- Ensure financial records comply with generally accepted accounting principles
- Analyze expense reports and reconcile accounts payable totals with applicable records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years performing routine and complex general ledger accounting duties
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience in maintaining accounting controls and financial security
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or pursuing license
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or pursuing license
