What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage client billing and account analysis, including preparing monthly statements and distributions
- Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate client invoicing for various services
- Perform detailed data analysis of contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to manipulate, analyze, and present large datasets efficiently
- Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure proper reconciliation of invoicing data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable account analysis, billing, currency conversions, and collections
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong spreadsheet skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with payment, clearing, settlement, and electronic funds transfer/ACH systems
- Database experience, including creating custom queries using internal reporting systems
- Strong critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar role within the digital media or internet sector
