What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead monthly cash calls with assigned Operating Areas, creating agendas and tracking action items
- Analyze and resolve payment issues by collaborating with sales, billing, and customers
- Reduce AR reserves by managing high-impact accounts and ensuring timely follow-through
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers for issue resolution
- Prepare monthly summaries and performance metrics for visibility to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of AR or collections experience with demonstrated dispute resolution capability
- Strong communication skills for interaction with branch teams, sales, customers, and leadership
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Strong prioritization, follow-through, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JD Edwards, High Radius, or ServiceNow is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to end-to-end issue resolution
