      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Bill all patient claims in a timely manner
      - Perform basic claims follow-up activities, including claim status checks and corrections
      - Work daily claims rejection lists, addressing issues like eligibility and coordination of benefits
      - Utilize clinical applications and payer websites to retrieve necessary medical documentation and information
      - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with carrier representatives and internal clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 3 years of healthcare or insurance billing processing experience
      - Knowledge of the accounts receivables (A/R) process
      - Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
      - Familiarity with medical office procedures and billing practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
      - eClinicalWorks experience
      - Proficient in anatomy and physiology
      - Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPC codes, and CCI edits
