      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute customer invoice and credit memo applications, as well as customer payment functions
      - Reconcile customer accounts and address contract billing concerns
      - Review customer aging reports to pursue collections and reduce delinquency
      - Ensure purchases are paid within customer payment terms
      - Assist with testing and training for system upgrades and implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional level work experience
      - Advanced MS Office skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
      - Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems
      - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Salesforce Billing preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience reviewing contract terms and customer quotes
      - Minimum five (5) years of experience in a high-volume, high-intensity environment
      - Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities
      - Strong analytical skills for reconciling accounts and addressing billing concerns
