      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and resolve straightforward situations using established procedures
      - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
      - Maintain accurate payment/credit applications to ensure correct aging reports
      - Identify problem accounts and escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution
      - Assist with periodic third-party audits by providing necessary documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience handling disputes on RMA and other accounts receivable issues
      - Familiarity with month-end closing tasks
      - Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and Jira
      - Proficiency in Mandarin
