What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up new customer accounts and process payments efficiently
- Evaluate creditworthiness by pulling business licenses and credit reports
- Communicate account status updates to account managers
- Monitor past due accounts and prepare monthly status reports for the sales and operations teams
- Resolve account issues and conduct minimal collection calls when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Experience in accounts receivable or related accounting fields
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
