  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Contact assigned customers to collect on past due invoice balances through various communication channels
  - Create detailed cases for customer disputes and route them internally for resolution
  - Build relationships with customers to manage escalations and complex accounts
  - Distribute customer statements and payment notices while ensuring proper documentation
  - Assist with cash application and research customer payment issues
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of collections billing experience, preferably in a software or related recurring revenue business
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven customer service background
  - Intermediate experience using Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
  - Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  - Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of collections and accounting principles
  - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in customer success and billing
