      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contact insurance carriers daily to follow up on past due amounts for outstanding medical claims
      - Maintain an accurate aging of assigned accounts and perform AR analysis and follow-ups
      - Investigate and create appeals to protest denials or incorrect payments
      - Collaborate with various RCM departments to resolve claims payment issues
      - Uphold compliance with company policies and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Accounts Receivable and following up with payers
      - At least 1 year of experience in effective communication with insurance payers
      - 3 years of experience with medical terminology, ICD10, CPT, HCPCs coding, and HIPAA requirements
      - Proficiency in data processing and analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with commercial, government, and state insurance payers
      - Familiarity with medical practice management software and electronic medical records
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high volumes of work independently
