      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process a high volume of out-of-balance adjustments/refunds within assigned completion dates
      - Conduct research and maintain communications while adhering to department standards and quality expectations
      - Support inventories and report variances of possible concern
      - Follow department standard operating procedures for all processes
      - Perform duties with general supervision

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum one year of work experience in insurance, claims, EOB, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable
      - Strong Excel skills and previous computer experience
      - Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
      - Must meet weekly and monthly production goals after training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the healthcare industry
      - Prior work experience with the employer's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems
