      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct accurate and timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims to meet collection targets
      - Research claim denials, determining reasons and correcting claims for timely payment
      - Initiate and follow-up on appeals as needed, documenting all actions taken
      - Identify root causes of denial trends and make recommendations for prevention
      - Adhere to write-off policies and procedures for uncollectible accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, including CPT/ICD-10 coding and denial reason codes
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
