      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately and timely follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims, working with payers to resolve denials
      - Research claim denials and correct/reprocess claims for payment as needed
      - Identify root causes and denial trends, making recommendations to prevent future denials
      - Participate in team meetings to share denial trends and contribute ideas for workflow improvements
      - Meet established productivity and quality metrics while collaborating with supervisors to enhance performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and various insurance requirements
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
