What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process a high volume of out-of-balance adjustments/refunds within assigned completion dates
- Conduct research and maintain communications while adhering to department standards and quality expectations
- Support inventories and report any variances of possible concern
- Follow department standard operating procedures for all processes
- Perform duties with general supervision while meeting production goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of work experience in insurance, claims, EOB, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable
- Strong Excel skills and previous computer experience are necessary
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
- Strong communication skills are essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Prior Labcorp RCM work experience
