      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and distribute customer accounts receivable invoices for various products and services
      - Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve billing issues and ensure collectability of invoices
      - Maintain accurate invoice documentation for audit and review purposes
      - Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines
      - Process new vendor setup requests and maintain up-to-date vendor files in the system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting/Finance concentration preferred, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable department
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle Financials ERP system
      - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume accounts receivable or accounts payable role
      - Familiarity with SOX compliance guidelines
      - Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
      - Ability to adapt work schedule to meet payment and reporting deadlines
