      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare internal and external presentations for various stakeholders, including governing bodies and ACO partners
      - Serve as the CMS data custodian by downloading, distributing, and validating key reports
      - Manage the clinical quality collection and reporting process along with other ACO requirements
      - Attend webinars, training sessions, or workshops and provide insights to relevant teams
      - Assist in supporting ACO growth and business development initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in economics, business, public health, community health, healthcare administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in healthcare consulting, policy, value-based care program management, or internal strategy
      - Genuine interest in value-based care
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with CMS models, such as MSSP or ACO
      - Ability to independently draft PowerPoint presentations with a storytelling approach
      - Experience working with large data sets
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
      - Critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
