- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Navy customer
- Assist with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Interact with program and Navy leadership and other acquisition program specialists on a regular basis
- HS diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program office
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
- Possession of excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, including preparing and delivering briefings and reports to senior government executives
- Ability to assist with the development and management of program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to meet the goals and objectives of the Program Office
- Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team, set priorities that balance service and control, and manage and track multiple initiatives
- Ability to coordinate daily among customers and field activities to monitor all aspects of program performance against the Program Management Plan
- Ability to work independently and pay strict attention to detail
- Ability to both learn and teach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Experience with contracts and acquisitions management for a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP)
- Experience with a NAVSEA Program
- Experience with Urgent Operational Needs
- Experience with the statutory and regulatory requirements regarding Milestones B, including engineering and manufacturing development, and Milestone C, including initiating production and deployment
- Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW), Technical Instructions (TIs), Task Descriptions (TDs), Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA), or Delivery Orders
- Experience with Directive 5000.01 and the Defense Acquisition System
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to support a NAVSEA program office located in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite up to 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated, results-oriented, team player with program and/or financial management experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) Program Office.
Responsibilities:
The Acquisition Program Analyst will demonstrate an understanding of supporting a project from concept to completion, and that programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and how imperative it is to keep the project on a productive path.

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 to $125,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
